That doesn't even matter. People with osteogenesis imperfecta live, have relationships, get married, and yes, HAVE CHILDREN. How do you think they accomplish that? Usually with sex.

Are you serious? Joker has a real condition and real people with this condition get married, have children and pretty much live normal lives. Lives that include sex.

If the man can handle shooting an Assault Rifle, I think he'll do just fine in bed.

That's hardly fair to the nine other perfectly admirable love interests... Yes, Joker is quite amazing, but the others are interesting in their own way. You might like them if you gave them a try. *shrug*

While I wouldn't go that far, it is kinda' disappointing that one of the few men in the crew I'd be interested in IRL, if I were Shepard, is also one of the few non-datable characters.

Especially in Mass Effect 1 where you've got two female love interest options and just one male. Kaiden bored me so I kept trying to flirt with Joker because he was hilarious and I love Seth Green's voice, plus he was interesting, but then I was butthurt to realise that was a no go.

Love interests were a little better in ME2 and by then Joker had sort of become Shep's BFF so I wasn't too bothered but...still. :-/

I'm disappointed for the sake of other ME fans but personally I could never romance him without DudeShep. Because otherwise I'd feel like I was in a Whedon production and would have to GTFO.

I'm only in the middle of ME1 now and I decided not to romance anyone because ~~Kaidan is boring as shit and I love Liara but I like her more as my Shep's adorable BFF~~ I'm holding out for Garrus in 2. But if he had been an option then I would've been all over that. He's such a delightful asshole.

I feel your pain. All the ones I wanted to romance weren't romance options! I was a sad puppy, then I went after Garrus because he was my favorite one I didn't want to bang. Also, for the "Joker has brittle bones" thing? Three words: Mass Effect Fields. I can rec some fic.

Joker is great - I don't get why they make the actual human romance options so painfully boring and humourless, and don't let you date him. Apart from the, you know, bone issues. But then how is that any more awkward than the obvious species incompatibilites of the alien romance options?

I think I'm ok with him just being my Shep's bro. Then again I would have probably loved him as my m!Shep's LI but that will never happen soo...

Ugh Joker is the only one I wanted. Didn't really care for other romance options so my Shepards became forever alone.

I must be the only ME fan who doesn't like Joker.

But after my second playthrough of ME2 I realized I'm totally content with listening to his and EDI's interactions. ;) Joker can be my bro, since Jacob's too boring.

I feel you, but I also feel people who like characters I don't care about. I still want the writing staff to do a good job on the characters I'm ignoring so that every player has the most satisfying resolution possible. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to get the romance I want most in ME3, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna be petulant and say NO <3 FOR ANYONE.

Eh, I tend not to want to romance Joker. I think of him more as Shepard's dorky little brother.

While I'm a pretty big fan of Kaidan's, it always surprises me that Joker isn't an option. Because it always feels like it's pretty obvious. Idk.

Ugh, I know. I'm reconsidering my preorder now, and debating whether I want to purchase from a company that refuses to consider someone with disabilities as a love interest apparently just because he has disabilities.

Oh you have noooo idea.

And to those whining about ZOMGS HIS BOANS U GUIZE U'D BREK HIM

1. OI is a real affliction, people have this and still have romantic relationships, children, marriages, all the rest of it,

&

2. THERE IS MORE THAN ONE WAY TO FUCK SOMEONE. "LIKE A JACKHAMMER" IS NOT THE ONLY OPTION.
