She says she's naturally thin. Plus she tightlaces with a corset which makes her waist even smaller. Contrary to what she looks like, she checks out as a healthy person according to her doctor. In an interview she said that she eats on a regular basis, but she has a small stomach so it's like a natural version of a gastric bypass.

I agree that we shouldn't hold up extreme thinness as the be all end all of beauty standards because not everyone is or can be that thin. Parents need to teach their kids that body acceptance and good health is more important than being a certain size, instead of hiding them, or hiding the media from them.
