And I would have definitely agreed in the earlier seasons when Dukat was more sympathetic and morally gray (especially in season four) but by the end of the show, I almost felt sorry for Winn. Just shows how good DS9 is when these villains are so multi-layered and complex that you feel such conflicting things about them!
