I've been watching TOS literally since I was a baby and the original versions of the crew are like my extended family. As such, I do not want to know about their sex lives. I ship so many other pairings in other fandoms (including other Trek series) so hard but I just can't go there with classic Trek, no matter how much I enjoy the idea some of the relationships and potential relationships.

I have yet to meet a truly 'inclusive' fandom. There's always something that will get you on their bad side if you don't toe the line properly. Sometimes it's just not worth the hassle. Find new friends that share similar interests. Good luck.

Cumberbatch has some of the worst stans ever. THE. ABSOLUTE. WORST.

I will always be grateful that watching Sherlock led me to Cabin Pressure because it is fantastic in every way and one of the most consistent sources of joy in my life. But the majority of people that discovered it in a similar fashion are just completely obnoxious about it and Benedict's involvement in it. It's such a shame.

And now they're infecting the Hobbit and Star Trek fandoms with their special brand of crazy. The Cumberbitches make everything so tedious.
