He (though his last name is spelled 'Basco') voiced Prince Zuko in Avatar: The Last Airbender.

More relevantly to Homestuck, he played Rufio in the 'Robin Williams as adult!Peter Pan'-movie Hook, who shows up in the comic as Tavros' imaginary embodiment of self-esteem.
