I think Sarah's portrayal suffers a lot because she's being contrasted with Paul, who is almost superhuman in his composure and skill level. She reminds me a little bit of Tiffani in that regard, because ANYONE looks emotional and rude next to super-stoic Harold.

And yeah, Bev got flack that was way disproportionate to any annoyance she offered, definitely. Sarah didn't exactly cover herself in glory in that regard. But if people are ragging on her because of her size (I read the TWOP boards and wow, the nasty things they said about Heather), then that's legit gross.

Unpopular opinion: I fucking loved Tiffani. I was happy Harold won, but Tiffani deserved to be in the finals with him. She was one of the most consistent.

I don't love Sarah as much, but her food always sounded amazing. And I preferred her soooo much more than Lindsay, who I didn't even just hate because of her treatment of Beverly.

I went back and forth on Tiffani initially, because while she had some really unforgivably bad moments (the kiddy challenge leaps to mind in her original season), she could pull out all the stops when necessary and flat-out get shit done. In retrospect, now that her season is over and done with and I don't have any emotional involvement over the outcome, I really enjoy her and thought she killed it on All-Stars. I was so bummed she didn't go further.

I mean, it definitely took some time to like her, but especially the second time watching it, I adored her. No, the kid challenge was not her best moment, but she delivered when necessary, and that's what I care about. Also, upon rewatch, I thought some of her bitchy comments were hilarious and I could get along with her. And I was SO sad about her not going further in All Stars. She was my hope to win, tbh. :(

I was meh on Tiffani, but then she came back for All Stars and really owned up to being a bitch and hardassed. She didn't try to hide behind an excuse, she was honest about how that was how she was and moved passed it. I liked her after that.
