There are people who don't know the anime Misty? ... Seriously? Never heard of these people.

Oh God I thought I was the only one. Thank God I'm not.

For a couple months after people started using those abbreviations I would always wonder about it for a few minutes until I had the "doy I'm on a POKEMON website...no Snape or Granger to be found..." revelation.

That might be kind of fun actually. It would be total fanservice, but whatever :)

Ngl, I would watch Pokemon again if Misty came back. The other traveling companions are okay, but Misty was always my favorite.

Although I must disagree about the outfit. Why would you wear a bathing suit with a coat? o_0 It's confused me ever since I was a kid when I first saw her in Crystal Version.

because it's not a coat, it's a jacket. she's wearing the swimsuit since her Gym is more pool than floor but it gets cold out of the water so she at least puts a sports jacket on.

you've obviously never been to a swim meet then. everyone wears swimsuits around the pool and then jackets while on the deck to keep their muscles warm between your times in the water. It's also comfortable and gives a bit of modesty (not that most swimmers care about that but it is a benefit!).

Ooh, I definitely want to see HGSS Misty in the anime. She has awesome hair.

I haven't watched/played Pokemon for years (like a decade.... *feels old*) but I can't believe that there are Pokemon fans, actual fans, who don't know who Misty is!

Pokemon will always be Ash, Misty and Brock for me! (With an awesome side of Team Rocket obv.)

I still can't get over that her swimsuit is white. Who wears white swimsuits, unless it's for fanservice?

Screw Misty. I want a mini Dawn arc or cameo. Like they did with May in DP and Misty in Advanced Gen.

LOL, you and me both anon. I actually rage-quit watching the series when I was young because Misty left. (Although at the time I also thought Brock was gone for good as well, so it was like a double insult.)

Agreed though I long gotten over Misty leaving.

but now at the forum I go to the mere mention of Misty causes shitstorms and the sudden label of being a "butthurt Misty fan" and your post won't be taken seriously....it's really annoying because there are some sane Misty fans(like me) who enjoy the current series.
