I don't know the name of the episode, but the cure for the disease of the week was a kidney transplant. The patient's partner offered to donate a kidney and turned out to be a good match. Lucky patient, right? Except that conversations between the partner and House made it abundantly clear that a) the partner knew her gf was planning to end the relationship and b) the partner was donating the kidney because she knew her gf would never leave her if she felt like she "owed" her partner for something that big. Even House, manipulative douche that he is, looked sort of shocked about it.
If House has been a shining example of non-fucked-up lesbian relationships since I quit watching then one fucked up relationship wouldn't be much of a problem. But I'm betting it hasn't been.

Also you would be right to take that bet. The best they've managed to do is a half-arsed portrayal of bisexuality.
