I'm not totally familiar with the term you're referencing. Basically it's if an unwanted girl tries to get involved (often by just watching) her guy's gaming? I can see how that is sexist, but I think context into the situation is important. If they're implying that all girls would be like Bernadette, yeah. But I didn't see anything out of character to have Bernadette act that way. Bernadette isn't the sort of girl you'd want to bring to guy's night. Penny fits in a little better. Amy is Amy so she almost never fits in anywhere.
I guess what everyone wants is a whole new female character to have the same interests as the guys. Which is fine. I think that would be a fun and much needed addition to the show (you get some one-shots or references, but Amy and Bernadette are only covering the science aspects). But Bernadette isn't that girl.
Basically, I think it was less an issue of a girl on guy's night than bringing a girlfriend to a friend's night. I get why some people are offended because it eludes to a further sexist problem in real life. But I think about all the times a girl brought her boyfriend to girl's night and how his every statement infuriated me, and I can let it go. There's a real life justification for the plot.
