Canon sex won't ever happen because once someone lands between Sookie's legs they permanently stay there, even if they have to share the space with two other doods.

Which is why I'm so glad Sam never landed there. She's not that hot, guys.

My head canon is that the fairy blood makes vampires into her, same as drinking vampire blood is the reason she likes Eric and Bill.

Just FYI this is totes canon in the book series. Vampires can't handle themselves around Fairies.

That's the book canon, so I assume it's going to play out on the show, too. Her fairy genetics make her ~irresistible to all supernaturals.

Sigh. Sookie really has become the Anita Blake of TV-vampire-shows.

Considering Godric was a pedophile and serial killer of children, I'm glad his ass is dead. But then, I have a difficult time feeling sympathy for any of the vampires period; there's a reason that sort of shit gets you multiple life sentences in prison.

DA. They never addressed it in the show, but I'm inclined to believe it's true anyway. In the books, he killed himself out of guilt at what he'd done...and he did the same thing in the show. We don't know enough about show!Godric to say yes or no for sure, but I'm pretty inclined to say "yes."

This is why I've never thought that 'god hates fangs' stuff was as clever as lots of other seem to - it would be a good metaphor for how people discriminate against homosexuals or whatever if the vampires didn't like murdering humans for food. Kind of a valid reason to be scared of someone.

They are pretty much canon, no? ;) But on a more serious note, I agree completely. Godric was one of the best characters on True Blood (and Allan Hyde did an amazing job playing him, one of the best performances on the show) and his relationship with Eric - slashy or not - was so intriguing and well-written and complex. Those Eric&Godric scenes were better than roughly 90% of season 3 and 4. :/

In my headcanon, he is able to glamour Sookie because he's so old that he just can. So that whole scene on the rooftop? Lie. Glamour. Godric left to get away from all the lame AVL drama and is...dunno, sneaking kids out of war-zones or something else awesome. But he is most definitely not dead. :P

It's book-canon, and Eric is canon!bi is both book and TV, so it's pretty likely that it's at least implied tv!canon.

Godric fans make me a little sick, to be honest. In the books, he was a pedophile who murdered children and then killed himself out of guilt. In the show, we're only told that he did "horrible things" before he killed himself out of guilt and whatever else. LET HIM STAY DEAD.

I genuinely expected them to fuck, tbh. That was just beyond slash and that ship was the best part of the show. I need to read the books...
