I hope this doesn't sound too creepy, but drunk!you sounds adorable.
I think I'd be that sort of drunk. I mean, I've never drunk (drank?) before, but I'm a very "fffeeeeeelings oh my god so many feely feels" kind of person, but I'm also painfully shy, and what with alcohol lowering inhibitions and whatnot, yeah. Either that or I'd just ramble about conspiracy theories.

Yeah, I think that's what I've found with my friends is we're all pretty much our personalities but... amplified. My bubbly friend's voice gets a few octaves higher and she turns extra bubbly and excitable, my know it all friend starts talking about weird facts (that usually aren't true), and my normally slightly suspicious and easy to annoy best friend is hilariously angry.

So... we all just become the personality cores from Portal, apparently.
