Psh! Being hot is a HUGE motivator. The whole zombie apoc thing is what made me start working out, but I won't lie--the idea of sporting a bikini in the summer and being able to comfortably wear anything I want is a huge motivator, as well.

Health is also really important to me, though oddly enough that's never a good enough motivator on its own.

indeed, it is odd! though i guess, at least for me, i feel that health shouldn't really be something you have to think about, and it's annoying to think about. like i didn't worry so much about exercising or eating right when i lived in japan, because i walked everywhere and there are lots of healthy restaurants and portion sizes are way smaller. now that i'm in america i'm just like 'CONSTANT VIGILANCE'. it's stressful!
