Gonna disagree.

Any child molesters or serial rapists...no, I wouldn't lose any sleep if they got to be someone's bitch in prison. Just desserts and all that.

Some people do deserve that. Hell, some deserved the scaphism treatment.

Because there are no shades of gray in rape? Every rape involves a rapist doing what they want to do regardless of their victim, and even if you think the victim "deserves it," there isn't a rapist on earth who should have their crime sanctioned as okay, not even by skeevy internet anons.

As one who has been raped in the past, I can tell you right now that yes, some people do deserve it. If I could I'd tie the man who assaulted me down and fuck him in the ass with a knife.

Rapists should be raped right back.

and as someone who has been raped, I disagree vehemently

creating ANY situation where you okay rape is detrimental to all of us and only invites further speculation on whether or not ANY victims 'deserve' it or whether or not ANY rapists have 'shades of grey'

Personally, I am sick and fucking tired of rape culture being accepted everywhere, including prisons.

I don't care if they made his life hell, but prison should not be a place where you should get raped or killed but to dwell on the horrors you committed.

This wasn't rape, but I had a very close family member murdered in cold blood. My family had an option to plead for the death penalty but they turned it down because they knew that they would be no better than killer with blood on their hands. Plus, it would sullied my family member's memory as one of the most awesome and big-hearted people I was happy to know.

Wishing for your rapist to be raped will only give you a false sense of fulfilled and your thinking isn't any better than the rapist because you are promoting rape culture. Personally, I think there should be longer sentences and should be institutionalized with a permanent stay on the Sexual Offender List. But not raped.

Interesting (read horrifying) fact.

There's fairly compelling statistical evidence that as many men are rape survivors as women in the US, and certainly if we're talking of incidences.

Because of the frequency and tacit encouragement of it in the justice system.
