These are some of my favorites you can find on youtube; there are some sites that have more works on display but it's tricky to get to them. I'm not Russian myself (I just grew up with these as a child), and I can barely understand any of the talk, but it's amazingly easy to keep up. Plus the animation makes up for it.

Unfortunately a lot of animation produced during the Soviet Union has been either destroyed or locked away, and even the works available are mostly available to Russians.
Anyway, hope I helped.

Oh my god, I fucking love Russian animation like this. I used to watch some it on educational channels as a kid, but it's been hard for me to find a lot searching in English. Thank you so much for all the links!

Thank you so much for all these links, Anon! When I studied animation at uni, I loved it whenever we got to see a Soviet animation because they're beautiful, but you're right; when you know how the creators were treated and the reasons behind why some of the films were made, it can sit very awkwardly on your conscience to enjoy the results so much...
