There was a conference in Seattle and an LGBT group/leaders from Israel had been invited, but then the Seattle group decided to un-invite them because of Israel's policies/actions re: Palestine. I haven't gone back to look at the article since it was posted but when last I read, the general consensus among commentors seemed to be that the Seattle group had no business doing what they did, because the LGBT group from Israel /= Israeli govt. and punishing LGBT people in/from Israel for what the govt. was doing sucked.
