Never heard of this fandom, but the top picture reminds me of Reservoir Dogs. Now I'm interested. Is this an anime or a manga or both and what's it about?


Personally, I'd go back to the ontd_startrek fandom right when IX came out. Or to when the Death Note fandom was at its height. Wouldn't go back to when the Harry Potter books were being written...but that part of the secret made me smile. Delusional, my ass! I called Snape/Lily after the 5th book!

lol It's mostly crack, and pretty mafia dudes ducking it out with nonsense science, you know--good ol' shounen manga. Most of the fandom admittedly is not there for the plot! The days that OP mentions were indeed good fandom days full of fun and crack--along with decent fan content too, now it just kinda of mellowed out. But if you're interested it's called KHR

oh reborn :/ you were once so great. i blame the endless future arc for killing the fandom + too much tsuna and noone else, but the latter was just my issue.

i still check up on the series now, but it's not the same.

ita anon. the doctors are very fun and charming in their own way but they're certainly not eye candy. whereas the companions usually manage to be both compelling and attractive.

THIS. SO MUCH.

I actually wish to just go back when the series wasn't even that popular, not the overrun crazy fandom it is today. It's not even the good kind of crazy, I'm just turned off by the people there now. I liked it better when it was just about plot discussion and theories full of lulz, and people were nice. Now it's just...ships everywhere. Not that I don't ship anything in here (but then again my ships are considered the "unheard of's" crack ships of the series that only a handful of people ship), but pairings are overblown, and the fans are just...crazy.

It's normal for a fandom, I get it. But I just want the old days back.
