The only one I've read that has Snape/McG is Goldilocks and the Four Heads of Houses (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3732804/1/Goldilocks_and_the_Four_Heads_of_Houses), which I kind of enjoyed.

Synopsis: During the second year, Gildroy gets it in his head that Snape likes him. Like ~♥likes♥~ him. (After all, everyone else does, so Snape must!) Snape is Not Amused, and McG comes to the rescue while the other heads of household watch and snicker (loyally). It's mostly friendshippy between the two, but you might like it?

It really kind of is. I think my favorite part is how all the heads of houses team up against the outsider. Normally I would feel bad for the outsider, but it's Lockhart, so I don't actually feel that bad. |D
