YMMV, but to me is a *very* specific procedural, if you want to compare it like that. To me, is like saying that the new Bones's series is not going to be about a forensic anthropologist and an FBI agent but about two former police detectives who solve crime in Toronto. Yes, it's still a procedural, but it's not Bones. Same as this, it might be a detective story, but it's not Holmes.

Obviously you have never watched the show. Calling it a generic crime show is like calling Doctor Who a generic science fiction show.
