And by the way? Being a fangirl is NOT a good thing.

25. Agreed. I wonder how differently fandom would have reacted if Deidara had actually turned out to be a girl... (Though I'm unbelievably thankful that they did get a guy to voice him. Ugh, I'm sick of girly guys being voiced by GIRLS. There are plenty of Japanese men with high girly voices! Use them!)

I'm a fangirl, and quite happy about being one, too. Fangirling with my friends about the stuff I like is _fun_.

Being a fangirl is NOT a good thing.

I look down on people who treat "fangirl" like a four-letter word. I know, I know, "but 99.9% of fangirls are all assclowns, that's why fangirl has a bad connotation!!", I understand, really. But it's okay to be comfortable with being a fangirl. It really is.
