Man. I don't like the lying part of this, due to "wow, way to deceive people" AND the mere fact that you felt you had to (our society is such shit for even placing you in that situation), but over all, I don't see anything wrong with this in the long run.

You were in a bad situation and had to take care of it some how.

If it were something other than a desperate, life or death situation such as this (and yes. i see it as a life or "death" situation), I'd agree. But this? Nope. I heartily disagree with you.

I'd do the same thing, if I didn't already have a supportive boyfriend and family. Actually, I still would, if I had to, despite all of that.

Nobody should have to carry and deliver a baby they don't want.

Obviously the OP thought that lying was there only choice to avoid having to go through with an unwanted pregnancy.

Lying is the lesser or two evils here.
