You are basically saying "I doubt that you are good looking, you are probably fat" as if being fat and being beautiful are mutually exclusive. If you did not think being fat was a shameful quality, you would not have brought it up. Would you say "Pictures or we are all going to assume you are a blonde ugly slob"? "Tall ugly slob"? "Brown-eyed ugly slob"? No, because blonde hair, brown eyes and tallness are not considered shameful traits. You shouldn't be treating fatness like it is a shameful trait either.
In fact, how are you supposed to determine if someone is a 'slob' from a photograph, unless you accept the stereotype that fat people are lazy? You can't tell how someone spends their time from one photograph. If you are going from the erroneous assumption that hard work leads to fame and recognition (lol, no) then you can accuse OP of being jealous that other people have put the work in when ze is too lazy to, but how is a picture supposed to counter that argument in any way? At best your argument is incoherent, and at worst it buys into unpleasant stereotypes.
