So why should you use my money against my will to give some random woman an abortion? I really do not understand why some woman who I'll never meet is suddenly more important than my right to use the money I worked hard to earn as I damn well please?

you get to pick and choose how your taxes are spent, yes? Oh, that's right, you don't. Your money gets spend on things you don't consent to all the time. If this woman can't get access to a procedure that should be free, safe and readily available by fair means, then she'll have to do it by foul and that's no problem as far as I'm concerned - desperate situation needs desperate measures. In civilised countries, abortions are provided free as part of a state-funded health service. People who are disadvantaged by living in regressive shitholes that hate women and hate women's right to their own bodies can do what they like to get the abortion that is theirs by right.

Difference being I KNOW where my tax dollars are going, regardless of whether I agree with it.

BUT FOR THE LAST FUCKING TIME, MY MONEY IS NOT THEIRS. GODDAMN WHY ARE YOU SJ WARRIORS SO FUCKING STUPID!

I live in the US. Abortion is not covered by tax money, ergo some random woman has no right to use my money for an abortion. It's not my problem. She can do what she needs to do to get the abortion if she needs it that bad, but she can't use my money for it. I hate to put it so bluntly, but my money is more important to me than some random woman. It's harsh, I know, but at this point I don't care to make it sound nicer. It sucks for her, but she is literally nothing to me- I don't care whether she lives or dies, because I have no connection to her.

But hey, what do I know, I actually worked to get my money!

Think what you want, honey, I'm actually quite soft and cuddly. Like the world's most fiscally responsible teddy bear.

It's your country it damn well is your problem that disadvantaged women can't get abortions.

And the fuck you for the "I actually worked to get my money!" comment. Fuck this idea that poor people are lazy. Poor people work fucking hard too.

Why should I care if some women can't get abortions? And it's not my problem, I didn't get them pregnant.

And I know poor people work fucking hard, too- my parents worked their asses off, and instilled that drive in me as well. I grew up poor, you dumbass, that's why I fought so hard to make my money.

Theoretically speaking, everyone who donated to the OP was either her friend or a fan of her work. It was for a computer issue, not treating fake cancer or something, so it's not like they had their arm or hearts twisted.

But I think it's pretty apparent that you wouldn't help anyone in need, so I'm not even sure why this is an issue to you.
