While I can understand why some people would be upset to find out they helped fund an abortion, I think abortion should be judged like any legal medical procedure. If the OP used the money to receive medical care that involved blood transfusions, would that be disrespectful to any Jehovah's Witnesses who might have unwittingly helped fund it? Maybe it would be. But my gut instinct is that that would receive much less vitriol than using the money for an abortion. You could probably argue it's not the same sort of thing, but I think it's important that women be allowed to treat abortion as what it is, a medical procedure. Any emotions or morals attached to it may be valid, but they're also subjective and personal.
I also feel that while lying to get money is ethically iffy at best, I would rather see someone do that and be able to make the choice they need to make than be forced into a choice that isn't right for them because they lacked the means. Abortion is a time-sensitive procedure that people commonly have to pay for out of pocket and face various forms of government-mandated hurdles in order to get. I can't judge someone too harshly for doing what they need to.
