Just as much as saying she has a computer problem.

Even if it was a little short, at least the OP would have her moral integrity. There are other ways to raise money if need be.

she'd have her moral integrity and an unwanted pregnancy. Bonus time!

Nope, she'd have her moral integrity and her abortion too.

Nice try though. :D

We don't know OP stopped at getting exactly the amount of money for the abortion either if you want to play that game.

Or they could say it was for a medical procedure that they don't want to go into detail about.

if she's short the money, where's the abortion going to come from?

(frozen comment)

(Anonymous) 2012-04-11 03:43 am (UTC)(link)
Because the abortion could have cost $560, and she raised $600?

Also, there are many other ways to make extra money in a pinch. Garage sale or pawn if absolutely nothing else. Apparently they have a home computer, so they have some options.

How about if her vague "I need money but I can't tell you why" appeal raised $20 or $5 or $0?

How about if the people around her in real life who may be vehemently anti-choice ask questions if she suddenly starts selling all her shit?

How about if she uses the computer at the library or it belongs to another member of her household and she actually has nothing of value to sell?

Because she needed a part for it, therefore her computer, certainly not the library's.

How about if her vague "I need money but I can't tell you why" appeal raised $20 or $5 or $0?

She could bring up that it was a medical procedure and still be vague.

How about if the people around her in real life who may be vehemently anti-choice ask questions if she suddenly starts selling all her shit?

Now you're just being ridiculous.

Seriously, I don't know why you're going to such great lengths to excuse fraud. There is no excuse for what the OP did.

No, you said they'd be short and still have their integrity. If they're short they're not going to have that abortion.

da- In a situation similar to the OP's, I wouldn't want moral integrity, I'd want a fucking abortion.

Nope, other ways to raise money and get an abortion without committing fraud. Try again. She's still a shitty person.

Lol, of course a woman's ~moral integrity~ is more important to you than her wellbeing. Of course.

Fuck you.

You keep on looking down from your high horse there. I'm sure it makes you feel really good about yourself to keep saying OP's a bad shitty person because she was in a crappy situation and did what she could in order to get out of it. Lucky you, that you've never been there.

Nope, she did something she didn't need to deceive her friends, that makes her a shitty person.

You don't know anything about me so you can fuck right off.

What other ways? It's nice of you to just say that and not give an example.

Also, remember the time frame!
