There are a handful of shows that deal with sexual fluidity, for lack of a better team, fairly well...Torchwood, Lost Girl, and Spartacus all spring to mind...but I agree that it's rare. And that really sucks because it's much easier to explain something to someone when you can say 'well, look at Kalinda on The Good Wife' or 'Ianto's straight but he made an exception for Jack'. IDK why but people always seem to grasp the concept of something much easier if there's an example in the media you can point to.
