If you just think about the maths of it, it's kind of obvious. There must be hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people in the world who are desperate to have a successful career in acting. Then if you say that 1% are actually talented and attractive (and it's probably far more than that), and then you think about how many roles there actually are that bring the success, celebrity and fortune of the Bella role in Twilight, well basically there just aren't enough parts to go round. Even if you factor in that some people will give up, considering that becoming a rich a famous actor usually takes years of rejections, rubbish roles and having little to no money to survive on; there are still just too many people wanting the same thing. It's harsh, but wanting something enough doesn't mean you'll get it. And there are *a lot* of people with the same dream. Statistically, it ain't gonna happen.
