This. I went into the game fully expecting Shepard to die, and I was prepared for it - heck yeah, my Paragon femShep would go out like a bad ass. Only, she didn't. She went out listening to orders and pretty much stranding everyone right where they were, even though my femShep would have told the star child where to shove it.

You're assuming that I actually give a crap about what your point really was. I'm just tired of people stating that everyone is stranded as if it's indisputable fact. Hence why I commented only on that part. But hey, believe whatever you want if it makes you feel better about yourself.

And how many light years away from a dextro-amino planet are they? Probably absolute thousands. Yay for a galactic dark age where everyone probably dies out from starvation, overpopulation of a completely ravaged planet and living in close proximity to furious krogans who just had their promised future taken away from them. If they even survive that long, only asari or krogan would live to see another cluster using FTL travel.

I find it hard to believe that Earth would be so far away from everything that it would be completely impossible for them to go anywhere else at all. The notion that everyone is just going to sit in orbit around Earth and go "Welp, the relays are gone and we're screwed so we might as well just do nothing" is stupid. I agree that it's unlikely that everyone will see their homeworlds again, especially the ones who live on the other side of the galaxy, but I see no reason to assume that everyone must automatically be doomed forever and ever with practically no solid information to go off of.

The krogans future hasn't been taken away from them, the future of the krogan race (if you didn't sabotage the genophage cure) is back on Tuchanka. If you saved Maelon's data in ME2 and stopped the turian bomb on Tuchanka you receive word that she's pregnant.

Even though a lot of the krogans are stuck on Earth, the women are still on Tuchaka and it can be safely assumed that Eve isn't the only one who's pregnant, the krogan race still has a future and those warriors may live to see Tuchanka again
