(Anonymous) 2012-05-02 09:45 am (UTC)(link)Any race can be racist towards others on a personal level, it's not an 'internet dictionary' thing, that as always been the definition for regular people.
The whole "institutional racism" only popped up fairly recently in social studies...so do not be surprised if people do not use that definition.
