I'm almost done with the first book and there's like, no Loras/Renly scenes. Both characters are in the book (barely) but they don't even interact (so far at least).

Also, blame the FCC for the lack of gay sex. You can't even show an erect penis on TV. So if there were any actual sex scenes with Loras and Renly they'd just look really lame
