i'm no expert on jaw alignment...but the poor guy looks like he needs jaw surgery of some sort. the placement of his bottom teeth (and all those chin rolls / weak jawline) looks like his entire bottom jaw is out of place.

I think that's a trait that a lot of Brits have, though. Usually, I notice it in females more often, but yeah.
