(Anonymous) 2012-05-03 02:10 am (UTC)(link)And on the flip side, a relative of mine had a cyst removed out of her doc's concern, but it turned out to be benign. On the one hand, she feels she did right in taking the safer route, but on the other, she feels like she was rushed by the doctor into it on retrospect (in her case, it was also painful healing, and it was, to her, a noticeable amount that was removed).
Take a good breath and go get a second opinion.
