Wait, what, since when people dismiss Murakami's work? Even if it's not to everyone's tastes, his writing is layered, poetic and original. He's great, no question about it.

As for Norwegian Wood, it's not Murakami at his best (I loved his other novels better), but it's still amazing and nostalgic. Definitively a good way to get one thinking about how things will be once we're older. It was the same for me :3
