And also, thank you. I feel bad for your sister, too - I definitely know what it's like. In general it doesn't bother me, except for the occasional interaction in which a man, seeing the plunging neckline of my shirt, assumes that because I am wearing revealing clothing, I am clearly looking to get laid, and takes this as my silently consenting to him groping me for no reason (which happens more than anyone would like to know). I hope your sister isn't too bothered by these comments, either, though, but she should watch herself. Sometimes men who are confident enough to make these comments in public are also the ones who feel comfortable groping you in public, too.
