There are some brands who make button ups for large chested women (you can google search them and find some), but they never actually go up to my size, so I've never gotten to indulge. I usually just pin/sew the areas around my breasts up so they don't gap lol but there are some random brands that work. Chicos, for example, has a specific button down with material half-covering the button that seems to hold back most gaping. For some reason the matronly clothing stores have a lot of that sort of thing :-/ I've also had luck with some DvF button ups, but they're pricey.

Truthfully, I don't blame the designers. They have to make things that fit their average customer well, they can't personalize stuff to breast sizes. When I have the money, I'm just going to get button ups made for me, like men do.
