Someone here hasn't seen the Touhou fandom...

But I have to agree with you, the quality of fanworks in Homestuck is just... astounding. Beyond astounding. Don't ever change, Homestuck fandom. :)

Homestuck fan art is only "amazing" because 90% of other fanworks out there are embarrassingly awful. When you compare something average to something that's shit, of course it's going to look awesome.

I'm in the Homestuck fandom, and sometimes wish other fiction I like had fan works of the same quality.
