And if you don't have anything injectable at hand putting fine sugar on their tongue to melt does the trick without any choking risk (as long as you don't put too much sugar at once of course). It's not very fast but sometimes you don't have a choice. You can also smear honey on their gums but you have to be careful to not use too much due to the choking risk.

Of course if the person is out cold you should also always call an ambulance just to be safe.
