I do that, too. I have phases when I save every funny/beautiful/cute etc. gif that I see, but I'm either too lazy to upload them to my scrapbook again or I can never think of anything that would make my comment more awesome while there would be a lot of appropriate gifs. *lacks imagination*

Dude post them, particularly if they are fandom oriented. Fandom will appreciate you giving them a one stop place to look for gifs. Especially if you make an effort to credit the gif maker.

I'm not a collector for gifs. or funny pictures, but whenever something really interesting or unique pops up, I usually save them for remembrance. However, due to my inexperience with HTML, I have NO idea how to post them here.
