If you can find a news article about it or something with a name and a picture, go ahead and post that. But giving out his exact IRL address and private phone number is basically inviting people to go forth and harass the guy. Whether you think he deserves it or not, anybody who goes ahead and does that is still committing a crime and allowing that to be here is enabling that.
