Personally I prefer "queer", "pansexual" might work too but you'd probably have to explain both of those. Not a lot of people have heard of "pansexual" and "queer" is a pretty loaded term.

Yeah, I'd always heard "queer" and liked how all-encompassing it was and that there wasn't one specific definition, but always hesitated to use it because of the negative connotations to the word. Someone above suggested "pansexual", which seems to fit fairly well, but you're right that a lot of people aren't familiar with it (I'd heard the word but wasn't entirely sure what it meant).
