I don't know how Tatum feels about Vic (my impression is that he's not fond of him but mostly ignores him), but Greg Ayres who played Kaoru on Ouran (and is also gay IRL) hates Vic and isn't shy about saying so.

Oops, I realized you probably meant the Vic stuff. The link above is him confirming he's gay, haha.

I don't know any recording of it, it would be pretty stupid of Greg to do it on camera. But if you catch him at a con, then yeah, it's pretty obvious he's not fond of the guy.
