Killing the geth never made sense to begin with anyway. Have them regress back to the level they were at before Legion upgraded them? Sure. But as the only race in the galaxy that explicitly deliberately avoided modeling their tech on the things the Reapers seeded the galaxy with it doesn't make sense to me for them to still be close enough to being Reaper-based for something designed to kill them to have an effect unless they never bothered significantly upgrading newer geth from the quarian's original models.

Seriously, they're the race I think would have the biggest headstart towards getting their technological feet back under them after any of the endings, given their shunning of prothean knowledge.
