THe problem is, they have made attempts to branch out... and they tend to fail spectacularly.

Doesn't mean they were all necessarily good attempts, but there you go.

They are also fighting the very perception that you have, and many have, and isn't entirely untrue. So even when they come up with something that's decent, that doesnt' always mean anybody's going to look.
