for real. they're both really good and it seems like lily had written the song when alfie had only done two acting jobs (in 98 and 04) so it's not like he was a big time actor at the time. it also seems like alfie just jokes about the song now, and it's been years, so idk how pressed he is about the song nowadays

Judging by the video where she's bitching about him playing Grand Theft Auto and that he was working at the time she made the video, I have a feeling that 99% of the video is embellished.
