Don't worry. When I was 16 I was with a guy at a festival and we were messing around while Guns and Roses were on. He dropped me in a really shitty way a few weeks later so for months I couldn't hear Sweet Child Of Mine without crying. I never really liked the song that much in the first place but after that I went to great lengths to avoid it, so like if I was channel hopping through the music channels and saw even a hint of Axl Rose I quickly hit the forward button on the remote.

So I don't think this is dumb. A lot of people have been there. I hope you feel better about things you like soon and about your life in general. I did, eventually.
