Ah! Here I was, trying so hard not to accidently write "moose", so instead I go for an entirely different animal! But I think I would have an easier time eating a whole chocolate mouse than a whole chocolate moose. Sadly, I have made neither (need to get on that). But the chocolate mousse I made was delicious.

Homemade chocolate mousse is indeed delicious! The last time I made it I used too much cream and it was more like chocolate soup. >.
