I'm a creator (though not very prolific), I share my work, and I don't make much difference between specific feedback and kudos / like. Because I don't intend to make a job out of it, and I don't create specifically to please an audience. I do it because I like doing it, and if people enjoy the result, it's even better.

So if people liked my work enough to write a review pointing out something specific, I appreciate the time they spent to it.
But if they just like or favorite the work, I enjoy it too.
Maybe because as an audience, I don't always have a feeling about a fic or fan-art that goes past "I enjoyed that". It's not less of a comment for it.
