14. I don't get blog crews either, so you know what I do? Don't join them. :P I mean, you're the one on an ego trip if you somehow find silly banners in userinfos offensive.

18. Honestly? I feel that hardcore American-animation fans are way more judgmental of hardcore anime fans than the other way around, and I personally feel nervous if I tell someone in RL I'm into anime for fear of being judged as overly wannabe-trendy, poser, etc. I mean, I have no beef with American shows/movies at all and love a bunch of them, but if you're praising one category as definitively "better" than the other, then you're no better than the close-minded anime fans you're critizing. :/

That's what I was thinking on 18. I've lost FRIENDS because I've gotten into anime/manga, and they weren't into it.

I dunno, I think it's just that there are FAR more American-animation fans in America.
