The nudity is WHY I don't watch it. It's tasteless and unappealing. Try expressing something without tits flying around all over the place. "Artistic" nudity does not exist, so don't start with that.

Now explain to me how that painting would have been ruined if there wasn't any nudity? How was it necessary?

Also, expanding on this, the act of creating such art has merit in and off itself. The human body is one of the more difficult things to draw accurately and organically. It requires a working knowledge not only of what you can see, but to an extent the underlying anatomy you cant (unless you want to draw ragdolls). Painting nude is something a good artist should do at least a few times if they intend to draw accurate portrayals of people.

Artistic nudity does exist, but definitely not in the land of GoT.

In the final scene of Season 1 maybe, because it was intentionally sort of a goddess-like image and the nudity was a reasonably important part of the scene as described in the book. But besides that one time....HAHAHA no.
