1. Agreed. There needs to be more Hiro love.

11. Where do you post? I go to one site where if you post in all netspeak, you'll still get praising reviews and maybe one person who'll give suggestions if you're lucky. If you want honest critique, you have to ask for it.

A lot of people are willing to beta WIP drafts, myself included. Why not look or ask around?

And I'm willing to bet you're a fine writer. :)

I normally post around LJ, and FFn just for archival purposes. I know what to expect from FFn. I could ask around LJ for one-time betas.

So it's not pretentious to go into a community (writing or general) and say (paraphrased): "I would like a one time beta, is anyone willing?"
