I really love how it feels to read fic someone wrote about their OTP, even when I don't care about the pairing or fandom. I guess that's the same kind of feeling, anon?

Oh THIS. I've been indulging in Mass Effect fanfics on ff.net (there's GOOD fic, but you have to search HARD) for the past few weeks not because of the fandom or for the pairings, but for the exceptionally beautiful storytelling and the OTP.
